1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by Mr Simple Australia ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants must have a valid Australian residential address.
• Employees of Mr Simple and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 2 November 2026.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
• To enter, participants must complete the official competition signup form and provide their name and a valid email address.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Gozney Arc XL Pizza Oven, valued at RRP $1,499 AUD.
• One (1) $600 AUD Mr Simple gift voucher.

The total prize pool is valued at $2,099 AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Mr Simple voucher is subject to applicable gift voucher terms and conditions.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
• The draw will take place on 3 November 2026.
• The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided at signup.
• The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be shipped directly to the winner at an eligible Australian residential address, at no additional cost.
• Delivery is available within Australia only.
• The winner must provide accurate delivery details to receive the prize.
• Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and shipping availability.
• The winner is responsible for ensuring the prize can be safely received and installed or operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

8. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify entries that breach these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues that prevent an entry from being received, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
• Gozney is not responsible for the administration of the competition unless otherwise expressly stated.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected through the competition will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange prize delivery.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with Mr Simple's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
• Entrants who separately consent to receive marketing communications from Mr Simple may unsubscribe at any time.
